Ya know what would be a great idea?! give me an oven and I will make my own test kitchen as I love doing outregious things in the kitchen, I recently put togather a pizza oven atop our wood burning stove, I would use an outdoor pizza oven and sing its praises and post all we do on your blog

  2. I've just installed a pizza oven in one corner of a huge fireplace, a wood fired grill in the other! HAven't cooked anything other than pizza in the oven yet, what would be the first next dish to attempt?? Live in central Victoria, Australia.

    Let's see, we cook everything in our wood-fired ovens including, but not limited to: pizzas, breads, pastas, meats and veggies. Try a roast next!

    I'm loving your BLOG. It's 10 degrees here in Chicago so my oven is shut down until March but I'm enjoying getting ideas for the next season. I've only cook pizza so far and my neighbors are trying to phone in orders for delivery. The oven is absolutely amazing. Thanks again for all of your help during my construction.

    Great to hear! Yes, the Wildwood wood fired oven pizza is definitely amazing. What are your favorite toppings? We are huge Neapolitan fans.
